The HempCluB project, funded by the COSME Programme of the European Union, brings together 7 clusters and associations operating in the bioeconomy, advanced manufacturing, and hemp production sectors to create interconnected and interregional supply chains between primary producers and green chemistry manufacturers in the hemp sector.
To this end, the project will organize the “Industrial hemp towards an increased sustainability in the building sector” working group, which will be held on November 14, 2023, at 10-12 CET. The webinar will be organized online in the form of a webinar to raise awareness of the potential of industrial hemp for a sustainable economy, focusing on topics related to the building sector such as “Hemp panels and insulation materials“, “Hemp bricks and blocks“, “Hemp wood” and much more. This event aims to share with participants the advancement of this sector and field of application, but also discuss challenges and points of improvement. The webinar could also be an opportunity to find potential partners in this sector as different speakers working at different levels of the value chain will be involved.
If you are interested in building sustainability, don’t miss the opportunity to hear from speakers who are experts in this field, who will cover the most popular applications of industrial hemp in this area, but also the major limitations to date.
